Ellen van Drunen
Ellen van Drunen, born in 1975 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Eager to see and live the world. Her motto: "Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever!"
She who travels has a lot to tell!
Ever since she was a little kid she wanted to travel around the world and see as many interesting places as possible. Ellen collected photographs of all the wonders of the world with the intention to see them with her own eyes.
She now visited over more than 50 countries and most of them by bicycle. Sometimes Ellen takes her backpack or their canoe as well. Her loyal model has always been her husband Elmar van Drunen.
As a travel photographer and travel writer she wants to share her experiences; far away encounters with friendly and hospitable people and adventurous expeditions in unknown parts of the world.

Ellen is a well known travel photographer and travel writer for different Dutch magazines, but she also has published in German and American Bicycle magazines. She regularly works for:
